The fresh meat from our hunts is either sent straight to the kitchen and onto the Dorfschmiede’s menu, or
to our very own smoking and curing house to be made into game bacon or salamis with special smoke aromas and seasonings created by Heribert Wolf himself.
The bones are cooked to create a tasty base for sauces and soups for our hotel’s culinary treats.
And the tanned furs are used by brother Flo Wolf as covers for his hand-made furniture.
In the Fuhrmannsstube, hunters can mull over the day’s hunt and enjoy tasty dishes to get their strength back.
